Beauty and the Beast is the beloved title song from the 1991 Disney animated film of the same name. Written by the Disney songwriting legends Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, Beauty and the Beast has gone on to become one of the most recognizable Disney themes. The song won an Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1992, as well as a Golden Globe and two GRAMMY awards.
